Mobility instructions

Before going to the host university
 

Students wishing to study at the host university have to apply for this university in due time.

To study at the Linköping university, students have to apply according instructions directly at the Linköping university during the previous academic year - by mid April.

Host university afterwards confirms (if there is capacity in the study group), that students can come.

During the stay at the host university
 

Regardless the fact student is undertaking part of the study at the host university, he/she must be registered at the home university at the same time. This means student must register into each semester at the home university, in the same way, as if staying at the home university.

After finishing semester at the host university
 

At the end of every semester passed at the host university, students must deliver their study results to the Study department of the home university. Delivering the study results means submitting 

• official Transcript of records from the host university containing the passed courses, their ECTS, date and grading of the course
• filled in and signed application for recognition of the results in the courses at the host university in the defined form - to obtain the form, contact the Study department

Note: In the text above, home university is the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences, host university is the Linköping university.
